"Worst Agent i have ever had! can not get a hold of anyone. They removed my home owners insurance and added home owners insurance for a home i don't even live at. I sold my vehicle over a month ago and have had 2 bills with a car i don't even own. When i do finally get ahold of someone from the office, they say they are fixing it now and will call back to confirm in just a few minutes... they don't call back and they don't change anything. FIND ANY OTHER AGENT OUT THERE BESIDES THIS OFFICE!"

They won't think you're dumb for asking something you don't know. They try to help. "I have experience with Progressive/Geico and nothing compares to the CUSTOMER SERVICE with Will Tweed's branch of State Farm. We all need home owners insurance/car insurance/renters insurance/life insurance/whatever kind of insurance. I had terrible experiences with not having that personal agent with the other big companies. I switched to state farm and will be a life long member mainly because of one imparticular agent Rich Barrientos. Ask for Rich; he is a great guy. I have never dealt with Will Tweed (Nor do I want to because I have Rich) but you can tell that he hires great agents. I was in a bind and needed my insurance policies quickly and didn't have a printer at my house to print them; long story short...Rich came to my house to hand deliver them after business hours. I know I can always shoot them questions and also get quick response on claims (locked keys in car/tows). I have never had an issue and their prices are competitive. I don't even shop around for insurance now because even if I could save $10 a month on insurance it is coming at the cost of customer service, when you are in a bind and need your insurance company to be there for you that is when customer service kicks in. If you have had a bad experience you know what I am talking about - the extra money is worth it.
